POLITICS NEWS: TRUMP & BIDEN LOAD UP GUNS FOR THIRD PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE

POLITICS NEWS: This very morning, CBS News cried out foul play by President Donald Trump, who opted to prematurely post a video on Facebook of a recently-recorded interview with the CBS program 60 Minutes.

The 38-minute interview, conducted by Leslie Stahl a few days ago, consisted mainly of a lineup of “tough” questions concerning the rising cases of Covid-19 in the US, racial tensions and the current state of the economy. Needless to say, Trump didn’t take kindly to the 60 Minutes questionnaire.

The President had been threatening to publish the White House’s video edit of the interview ever since, but only moved to do so this morning around noon Eastern time via his Facebook account (@realdonaldtrump). In response to the president’s media actions, CBS went on to state that:

The White House’s unprecedented decision to disregard the agreement with CBS News and release their footage will not deter 60 Minutes from providing its full, fair, and contextual reporting which presidents have participated in for decades.”

And while we wait for this “loving relationship” to further develop, the Democrat & Republican presidential candidates are tuning up their strategies before tonight’s third and LAST Presidential Debate
