CORONAVIRUS IN INDIA: DOCTORS BEG FOR OXYGEN

Coronavirus cases are rising in India as the country’s health system clamps under the pressure of an ever-worsening coronavirus pandemic.

India has confirmed 16 million coronavirus cases. The situation is getting worse by the day, hospitals are asking to restock their oxygen supplies and stopping new patient admissions.

Government is placing oxygen tankers on express trains around the country to assist COVID-19 patients who are having difficulty breathing.

“We have surplus oxygen at plants which are far off from places where it is needed right now.” said The President of India Industrial Gases Manufacturers Association.

The Supreme Court has ordered to create a “national plan” for supplying oxygen and medicines to coronavirus patients.

In addition, an oxygen-fueled fire razed COVID-19 unit in western county, killing more than a dozen people.

Despite the outbreak of coronavirus cases in Mumbai this week, people continued to shop in a crowded marketplace.

India has been added to Britain’s “red list”, therefore Indian travelers will not be permitted to enter to UK.
